ในการทำงานบริษัท BAGS Ground Services เป็นบริษัทที่ให้บริการแก่สายการบิน โดยสารการบินลูกค้า 99%เป็นสายการบินต่างชาติ ดังนั้นในการทำงานจึงต้องใช้ภาษาในการสื่อสารและทำในระดับสากล การทำงาน บริษัทมีการอบรบก่อนให้ปฏิบัติหน้าที่ เนื่องจากเป็นธุรกิจที่มีความเฉพาะตัว พนักงานจะได้เรียนรู้ในการทำงานที่เป็นมืออาชีพและเป็น teamwork ด้วยวิสัยทัศย์ของผู้บริการบริษัทมุ่งเน้นให้พนักงานมีอิสระในการทำงานและตัดสินใจ เรียนรู้จากข้อผิดพลาดและแก้ไขด้วยตัวเอง และหากต้องการการสนับสนุนทางบริษัทยินดีที่สนับสนุนพนักงานในทุกๆกรณี และด้วยสิ่งนี้บริษัทคาดหวังให้พนักงานทำงานด้วยความสนุก เรียนรู้ อดทน และรับผิด
