“ อยู่แบบครอบครัว ใครคุยง่ายก็ได้งานเยอะแต่ก็โตไว ”
งานไม่รบกวนวันหยุดถ้าอยู่ใรสายของ head office แต่ถ้าอยู่ siteคือกวนแบบสุด

ถ้าเทียบกับ งานออกแบบก่อสร้างถือว่างานเบา

หัวหน้าแผนกดีจัดสรรงานตามความสามารถ แต่จะไปติดที่ผู้ใหญ่แผนกอื่นไหมก็อีกเรื่อง

เรื่องเงินคือดีเลย แต่ว่ามีการจำกัดการทำ OT ในคนเงินเดือนไม่ถึงเกณฑ์ แต่เลยเกณฑ์แล้วก็ยังทำดึกถ้าทำงานไม่ทัน แต่ว่าไม่ได้บังคับ บริหารความไวตัวเองได้ก็สบาย

จะมีการทิ่มแทงระหว่างแผนกเวลาประชุม แต่ก็โอบไหล่ได้หลังประชุมเสร็จ
