ตั้งแต่เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบริษัท รู้สึกเหมือนได้อยู่บ้านอีกหลัง ได้รู้จักคุ้นเคยกับ เพื่อนร่วมงานที่คอยช่วยเหลือกันในทุกๆเรื่อง บริษัทดูแลพนักงานอย่างดี คอยรับฟัง สอบถามปัญหาต่างๆและปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น ทุกคนที่ทำงานที่นี่เป็นกันเอง และผู้บริหารเข้าถึงพนักงานทุกคนได้ง่าย ทำให้พนักงาน กล้าบอกปัญหา กล้ามาปรึกษาในเรื่องที่ต้องการความช่วยเหลือ อีกทั้งบริษัทยังห่วงใย พนักงานทุกคน

ในฝึกงานครั้งนี้คิดว่า ได้ทั้งความรู้และการที่เราจะอยู่ร่วมกับผู้อื่นได้เป็นอย่างดี พร้อมที่จะปรับตัวกับทุกสถานที่ จะสามารถนำความรู้ที่ศึกษาทั้งภาคเรียนและการศึกษาในที่ฝึกงานมาปรับใช้ในชีวิตจริงได้

ในส่วนของการฝึกงานทางฝ่ายการเงินใบบริษัท ซีเอ็มโอ จำกัด(มหาชน)นั้น หน้าที่คือ ช่วยเหลือและซัพพอร์ตพี่ๆในเรื่องของเอกสาร โดยที่พี่ๆในแผนกค่อยสอน และพร้อมจะให้ความรู้ตลอด
