“ มีโอกาสเติบโตสูงมาก เพราะปรับเงินเดือนกับตำแหน่งปีละ 2 ครั้ง ถ้าเรา performance ถึงตามเกณฑ์ ”
ส่วนใหญ่ทำงานแบบ WFH ก็จะมีระยะห่างกับคนในทีมอื่นค่อนข้างเยอะ แต่กับในทีมเดียวกันก็ช่วยเหลือกันดี ไม่มีคนที่ทำให้รู้สึกเหนื่อยหรือไม่อยากทำงานด้วย เพราะก่อนจะเข้าทำงาน บ. จะให้ทำเทสเกี่ยวกับ AQ/EQ, Logic และเทสที่เกี่ยวข้องกับงานที่ทำ เหมือนเป็นการคัดคนในระดับนึงแล้ว ทำให้บรรยากาศในการทำงานค่อนข้างดี ไม่มีเรื่องให้เหนื่อยกับคน หรือต้องมาเจอหัวหน้าขี้วีน คือดีมากๆ

เลือกงานที่สนใจได้ และมีโอกาสได้พัฒนาฝีมือในด้านอื่นๆด้วย

- ปรับเงินเดือนกับตำแหน่งปีละ 2 ครั้ง - สวัสดิการเหมือน บ. ใหญ่ๆทั่วไป - เงินเดือนเริ่มต้นได้เหมาะสมตามความสามารถของตัวเอง
