งานเยอะเกินคนที่มี ทำให้พนักงานส่วนใหญ่ต้องทำโอที ทำงานล่วงเวลาเป็นเรื่องปกติ จึงทำให้สวัสดิการในเรื่องค่ารักษาพยาบาลดีเลยทีเดียว (เมื่อเทียบกับที่อื่น) ตารางการทำงานมีวันเสาร์บ้างในบางเดือน วันหยุดช่วงเทศกาลมักจะให้เยอะ เพราะเอาไปเพิ่มบางเสาร์ทำงาน เพื่อนร่วมงานดี สไลต์การทำงานญี่ปุ่น เข้างานตรงเวลา ออกกำลังกายตอนเช้า แสดงความคิดออกนอกรอบค่อนข้างยาก
