บริษัทนี้ต้องทำงานเกินเงินเดือน จะได้ผลลัพธ์ที่ดี ต้องกล้าตัดสินใจ กล้ารับผิดชอบ อย่ากลัวผิด อย่าโยนความผิด จะเติบโตเร็ว หาสิ่งที่ใช่ให้เจอ จะก้าวหน้าไปในทางที่ตัวเองรัก

สามารถย้ายไปทำสายงานที่ตัวเองถนัดได้ ถ้ารู้ว่าตัวเองถนัดอะไร (สายบริหาร หรือ สายวิศวกรรม) เปิดรับฟังแนวความคิดการแก้ปัญหางาน และผลักดันให้เกิดขึ้นจริงได้

รายได้ปานกลาง แต่เงินพิเศษปลายปีขึ้นกับผลประกอบการ ซึ่งไม่เกี่ยวกับโบนัส (อันนี้ดี) แต่เนื่องจากการแข่งขันเกี่ยวกับรถยนต์ค่อนข้้างสูง แนวโน้มที่จะได้ผลประโยชน์สูงๆ มีแนวโน้มลดลง
