ชั่วโมงการทำงานต่อวัน ขึ้นอยู่กับปริมาณของงาน ซึ่งบริษัทไม่จำกัดจำนวนชั่วโมง OT และวัฒนธรรมองค์กรยังมองว่าการทำ OT คือขยัน แต่บริษัทก็มีการปรับให้การเข้างานเป็นแบบ Flexible time เริ่มตั้งแต่ 08:00-10:00 ทุกๆ15 นาที และเลิกงานนับจากเข้างานไป 8 ชม.

บริษัทเติบโตเร็วแต่บุคคลากรที่รองรับงานยังมีไม่เพียงพอ จึงทำให้ไม่สามารถทำงานได้อย่างมีคุณภาพ

โบนัสถือว่าดีมาก ไม่ต่ำกว่า 6-7 เดือน ส่วนสวัสดิการก็อยู่ในระดับของบริษัทญี่ปุ่น
