พี่ที่ทำงานดีมาก แต่ภาระงานหนักเกินอัตรากำลัง

เป็นโรงพยาบาลที่พี่ๆจัดเวรให้ได้ตามที่ขอ อยากหยุดอยากลาช่วงไหนทำได้

ด้วยความที่พยาบาลIPD มีกันแค่8คน แต่ต้องสลับกันขึ้น 3 ชั้น (5,6,7) 5เป็นวอร์ดคนไข้ตามสิทธิ์ จะรับเยอะจนเต็มแทบจะทุกวัน พยาบาลชั้นนี้อัตรากำลัง2:1:1 ชั้น6เป็นวอร์ดที่เปิดเพิ่มขึ้นเมื่อคนไข้5เต็ม อัตรากำลัง 1:1:1 ชั้น7เป็นคนไข้ พรบ เงินสด ประกัน ฝากนอน จะมีน้อยที่สุด อัตรากำลัง1:1:1 ไม่ว่าใครจะอยู่ชั้นไหน ถ้ายุ่ง ทุกคนจะรวมตัวกันเพื่อช่วยงานกันเสมอ แต่ถ้าไม่ยุ่ง ทำงานของตัวเองเสร็จก็จะมารวมตัวกันที่ชั้น5ที่มีคนไข้เยอะที่สุด ในส่วนตัวคิดว่าควรเพิ่มอัตรากำลังคนให้ชั้น5 เพราะเคสเยอะและคนไข้อาการหนัก ทำให้คนที่ทำงานมีความเสี่ยงหากคนไข้เป็นอะไรไปแล้วดูแลไม่ทั่วถึง เคยขึ้นเวร ช บ ด ติดกันเนื่องจากอัตรากำลังไม่พอ
