มีการส่งเสริม และสอนการทำงานให้เป็นระบบดีมาก แต่การเมืองภายในค่อนข้างสูง

คนที่อยู่ไซด์งานมีคุณภาพชีวิตปานกลาง ขึ้นอยู่กับที่ตั้งไซด์งานว่าไกลจากตัวเมืองมากหรือไม่

งานมีความท้าทายสูง มีการส่งเสริมความสามารถให้กับพนักงานบ่อยครั้ง แต่เนื่องจากมีพนักงานจำนวนมากอาจทำให้มีการแข่งขันในการได้รับโอกาสสร้างผลงานและการฝึกอบรมต่างๆ

จะได้รับโบนัสก็ต่อเมื่อทำงานจนจบสัญญาโครงการแล้ว แต่จากเคยทำจนจบโครงการมาแล้ว 2 โครงการยังไม่ได้รับโบนัสเลย และสวัสดิการต่างๆที่ควรได้รับ มักจะได้ช้าบางครั้งจะจ่ายครั้งละ 2-3 เดือน

มีการเมืองในบริษัทค่อนข้างสูง แบ่งทีม แบ่งหน่วยงาน ไม่ค่อยช่วยเหลือกันหากเป็นคนละทีมงาน
