“ งานดีมีความท้าทาย สมเหตุสมผล แต่ส่วนใหญ่อยู่ภายใต้หัวหน้าที่ไม่ดี ”

โดยรวมเป็นบริษัทใหญ่ สวัสดิการดีในระดับต้นๆของจังหวัด หัวหน้างานมีตั้งแต่ดีราวกับพ่อแม่ ไปจนถึงร้ายจนคนแห่ลาออก งานไม่หนักเท่าไหร่เมื่อเทียบกับเงินเดือน แต่ไม่ค่อยมีโอกาสใช้ความรู้เพราะเน้นบริหารแบบราชการ

แล้วแต่แผนก แต่แผนกที่อยู่ก็ดียังกับอยู่คนละลริษัทกับคนอื่น

ผลตอบแทนคุ้มค่ามาก ถ้าไม่คิดไรมาก อยากมีงานทำที่พอเลี้ยงตัวเองได้ ที่นี่เหมาะ

ปัญหาหลักอยู่การเลือกคนมาเป็นผู้บริหารไม่ค่อยดี ถึงแม้งานจะดี สวัสดีการดี ผลตอบแทนดี แต่ชีวิตการทำงานก็ไม่ดีเท่าที่ควร
