เป็นองค์กรที่มีการบริหารจัดการดีมากในทุกเรื่อง ทั้งสวัสดิการ เงินเดือน โบนัส และสิ่งอำนวยความสะดวกอื่นๆ มีความมั่นคงสูง ในเรื่องของเนื้องานก็ค่อนข้างเยอะและยากในบางครั้ง แต่ก็ได้ผลตอบแทนตามสัดส่วนที่เหมาะสม ส่วนในเรื่องของเพื่อนร่วมงาน ก็แล้วแต่ว่าเราจะไปเจอกับคนแบบไหน เคยเจอทั้งคนที่เห็นแก่ตัวสุดๆ แล้วก็คนที่ทุ่มเทและมีน้ำใจสุดๆเช่นกันค่ะ ทุกที่มีทั้งคนที่ถูกใจและไม่ถูกใจ อยู่ที่ว่าเราจะไปรับตัวได้ไหมแค่นั้นแหละค่ะ

เคยเจอแต่หัวหน้างานที่รู้สึกไม่ค่อยโอเคค่ะ แต่ก็เห็นมีบางคนที่คอย Support ลูกน้องดีค่ะ เข้าใจและช่วยหาแนวทางแก้ไขให้ ไม่โยน ไม่ปัด (ทั้งนี้ เราก็คิดว่าทำดีที่สุดแล้ว ในเรื่องของการทำงาน เพราะมั่นใจว่าไม่เคยเอาเปรียบใคร และคอยช่วยเหลือเพื่อนร่วมงานอยู่เสมอ)
