ตั้งแต่เข้ามาเป็นส่วนหนึ่งของบริษัท ได้รู้จักคุ้นเคยกับ เพื่อนร่วมงานที่คอยช่วยเหลือกันในทุกๆเรื่อง บริษัทดูแลพนักงานอย่างดี คอยรับฟัง สอบถามปัญหาต่างๆและปรับปรุงให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

เนื่องจากตอนที่ไปทำ ยังเป็นนิสิตอยู่ และทำในโครงการของ KTC CSR LEARN AND EARN ทำให้สวัสดิการและเงินเดือนไม่ได้เหมือนพนักงานที่เป็นพนักงานประจำ
