เป็นองค์กรเหมาะกับการเรียนรู้ ฝึกสกิล ทักษะต่างๆ บางแผนกมีความกดดัน Challenges

มีสวัสดิการพื้นฐานส่งเสริม อาหารกลางวันฟรีเที่ยง-เย็น รถรับส่ง คอร์สเรียนต่างๆ เวลาทำงานอยู่ที่8-10ชม. ทำโอเป็นปกติ

งานขึ้นอยู่กันแผนก อาจจะ Challenges มาก เพราะมีนโยบาย Follow Leader team จากบ.แม่ ระบบที่ใช้พัฒนามาดีมากๆ แต่ยังมี manual jobs บ้าง ทำให้ได้ใช้สกิลหลากหลาย โดยเฉพาะ MS Excel
