“ สังคมดี กับข้าวอร่อย ”
ส่วนใหญ่ยังใช้แรงงานคนเป็นหลัก แต่ก็เริ่มมีหุ่นยนต์เข้ามาทดแทน เป็น บ.ที่มั่นคงในระดับหนึ่ง รอดมาทุกวิกฤติ, สามารถใช้ภาษาอังกฤษได้คล่องจะเป็นประโยชน์มาก

ทำงาน สัปดาห์ละ 6 วัน หยุดเทศกาล 13 วัน/ปี ตามกฎหมาย บาลานซ์กับใครก็ยาก เหมาะกับคนอยากทำงานจริงๆ เด็กจบใหม่วัยรุ่นคิดดีๆ

ขึ้นอยู่กับแต่ละหน่วยงาน, งานส่วนใหญ่มีความท้าทาย เนื่องจากเทคโนโลยีและเครื่องมือที่จำกัด หากต้องการสร้างหรือมีแนวคิดแปลกใหม่ อาจต้องมีทักษะและพื้นฐานที่ดีระดับนึง

ฐานเงินเดือนสูงกว่า บ.ทั่วไป แต่ลดหลั่นสวัสดิการต่างๆ ซึ่งปัจจุบันมีค่าน้ำมัน ค่าครองชีพ ค่าอาหารOT ค่าข้าว แต่สวัสดิการค่ารักษาพยาบาล/กลุ่มสุขภาพ ยังไม่มี
