“ เพื่อนร่วมงานดีมาก สวัสดิการดี ”
ถ้าเราเป็นคนในพื้นที่ โดยรวมแล้วทุกอย่างดีหมด แต่หากอยู่ต่างจังหวัดที่ระยะห่าฝงจากโรงงานมากกว่า 300 km คงไม่ค่อยโอเค เนื่องจากจะไม่ค่อยมีเวลาได้กลับบ้านไปหาครอบครัว หากจะกลับก็กลับได้ไม่นาน และด้วยวันหยุด 1 วัน/สัปดาห์ ก็ถือว่าน้อยมาก แทบจะไม่ได้หยุดพักผ่อนเลย

มีชีวิตการทำงาน ทั้งที่ทำงาน และบ้านพักที่ดี ข้อเสียคือการทำงาน 6 วัน/สัปดาห์, วันลาพักร้อนอยู่ระดับปานกลาง(เมื่อเทียบกับบริษัทอื่น), ช่วงฤดูหีบอ้อย (พ.ย. - เม.ย) แทบจะลาพักร้อนไม่ได้ ทั้งๆที่เป็น high season

ลักษณะงานที่ได้รับมอบหมายจะหลากหลาย ทำให้ไม่รู้สึกเบื่อกับงาน และยังมีเวทีเพื่อนำเสนอผลงานประจำทุกปี อีกทั้งส่งเสริมให้เราสามารถคิดโปรเจค เพื่อปรับปรุง แก้ไขกระบวนการผลิต งานซ่อมบำรุง ให้ดียิ่งขึ้น

รายได้จะอยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โบนัสก็ระดับปานกลางค่อยไปทางน้อย (2.x - 3.0 เดือน)​ ส่วนสวัสดิการค่อนข้างดี มีข้าวให้ทาน 3 มื้อ/วัน, มีบ้านพักพนักงาน ค่าน้ำฟรี ค่าไฟฟรี 60 หน่วยแรก ที่เหลือหน่วยละ 2.xx บาท
