การเปลี่ยนแปลง คือการพัฒนางานให้ดีขึ้น ปรับปรุงงานอย่างต่อเนื่อง ผลลัพธ์ที่ออกมาดีบ้างไม่ดีบ้าง ก็ยังดีกว่าเรายังไม่เริ่มทำอะไรเลย
