Rclเป็นบริษัทใหญ่ในเอเชีย ก็ว่าได้ แต่ลูกเรือเงินเดือนอยุ่ใน ระดับต่ำ ถึง ปานกลาง ถ้าเทียบกับ นายเรือ ค่าตอบแทนสูงมาก (rcl จ่ายค่าตอบแทนเหมาะกับนายเรือ ไม่ เหมาะสมกับลูกเรือ)
