“ ถ้าเป็น Seagate ในช่วงเวลานั้น ก็จะพูดได้ว่า "Seagate เป็นทั้งสถานที่ทำงานที่ให้คนมีรายได้ และ เป็นสถาบันสร้างบุคคลากรให้มีคุณภาพ" เพราะ Seagate เป็นองค์กรพัฒนาตัวเองให้ล้ำสมัยอยู่เสมอ เพื่อตอบโจทย์โลกาภิวัฒน์ ในเรื่องเทคโนโลยีคอมพิวเตอร์ ”
ปัจจุบัน Seagate เปลี่ยนแปลงไปมาก เพราะโรงงานผลิต เหลืออยู่ในไทย แค่ 2 ที่ คือ โรงงานถนนเทพารักษ์ สมุทรปราการ กับโรงงานที่ โคราช นครราชสีมา ซึ่งจะผลิต แค่ Assembly Part ดังนั้น สถานการณ์ภายในองค์กร น่าจะมีการเปลี่ยนแปลงไปมากเช่่นกัน และชุดผู้บริหารองค์กร ก็ไม่ใช่ชุดเดิม ซึ่งชุดเดิมเป็นก่อตั้ง Seagate แต่ชุดปัจจุบัน จะเป็น ฺBusiness Man ที่ซื้อหุ้นเข้ามา

สวัสดิการเรื่องวันลาพักร้อน นับว่าดีมาก เพื่อเทียบกับ บริษัทเอกชน อื่น ๆ เพราะ ลาพักร้อน ได้ 14 วันต่อปี และถ้าใช้วันลาไม่หมด สามารถนำไปสมทบในปีถัดไปได้เท่าจำนวนวันที่เหลือ แต่ทบได้แค่ปีเดียว

เป็นโรงงานอุตสาหกรรมผลิตฮาร์ดดิสคอมพิวเตอร์ ดังนั้นระบบ ในการควบคุมการทำงานจึงต้องทันสมัยอยู่เสมอ และมีการผันเปลี่ยนรวดเร็วมาก ทำให้เราต้อง เรียนรู้ ปรับสภาพการทำงาน และพัฒนาตัวเอง อยู่เสมอตามไปด้วย

Seagate ให้ฐานเงินเดือนพนักงาน ค่อนข้างสูง แต่เนื่องด้วย Seagate เป็นองค์กรใหญ่ ณ เวลานั้น มีพนักงานในไทย ประมาณ 12,000 กับ โรงงานผลิต 6 โรง ต่างสถานที่กัน จึงทำให้ สวัสดิการเรื่อง โบนัสค่อนข้างต่ำ คือ 1 เดือน ต่อปี แต่มี Profit Sharing จ่ายพนักงาน ทุก ๆ ไตรมาศ ซึ่งจำนวนที่ได้ ขึ้นอยู่กับผลประกอบการ

Seagate เป็นองค์กรใหญ่ บุคลากรต่างถูกคัดสรรมาจากหลายที่ หลายสถาบัน แต่แผนกก็มักจะดึงคนจากสถาบันเดียวกันเข้ามา จึงเกิดการแข่งขันในการทำงานค่อนข้างสูง แต่ภายแผนกเดียวก็ได้รับความร่วมมือสูงเช่นกัน

การที่ได้ทำงาน ที่มี เพื่อนร่วมงานที่ดี สภาพแวดล้อมการทำงานที่ดี และผลการตอบแทนที่ดีมาก ถ้ามีโอกาส อยากจะเข้าไปทำงานที่นี่ อีก

ชีวิตการทำงานที่นี่ ดีมากๆ เลยครับ เพื่อน ที่ร่วมงานกันมาถึงตอนนี้ไม่ได้ทำงานอยู่ด้วยกันแล้ว แต่ก็ ยังมีกลุ่มไลน์ คุยกันอยู่ทุกๆวัน ว่างๆก็นัดมาพบกันสังสรรค์ กันอยู่ประจำเลย
