บริษัทนี้ประกอบด้วยหลาย Products จึงมีการแบ่งการบริหารไปแล้วแต่ละ Business การรีวิวนี้จึงไม่สามารถบอกได้ถึงภาพรวมของบริษัทได้ในบางเรื่อง.

การลาพักร้อนง่าย แต่กิจกรรมหรือการส่งเสริมอื่นๆไม่มีเลย (บางBusiness)

ลักษณะงานที่ได้รับมีความง่ายแต่ไปหนักทางปริมาณงานจึงต้องจัดการให้ดี. ความท้าทายยังไม่มีมากเพราะรูปแบบการทำงานของBussinessนี้คือเน้นให้เสร็จตามกำหนดและมีการยอมรับในresultsเดิมแต่ถ้าดีกว่าถือว่าเป็นเรื่องดี (แค่บางBusinessและDepartmentย่อยในนั้น).

ถ้าเทียบในพื้นที่เดียวกันถือว่าstartปลานกลางไปสูง เพียงพอต่อการใช้จ่ายและมีเงินเก็บ (ยังไม่รวมOT). สวัสดิการยังไม่ได้ดีมากถ้าเทียบจากบริษัทอื่นๆ
