เป็นบริษัทที่ดีในระดับหนึ่ง ขาดการสื่อสารจากผู้ใหญ่ลงมาถึงระดับพนักงาน ทำให้เกิดความสับสนในการทำงาน

มีโอกาสในการสร้างผลงาน ทั้งนี้ขึ้นอยู่กับนโยบายของ management เพียงไม่กี่คนในการตัดสินใจ และมีความไม่มั่นคงในตำแหน่งงาน พนักงานต้องพร้อมในการ rotate ส่วนงานอยู่ตลอด

พนักงานทุกคนเข้าใจสถานการณ์ในข่วงที่ผ่านมาครับ แต่ management ควรสื่อสารกับพนักงานในสถานการณ์ อย่างตรงไปตรงมา พนักงานบางส่วนทำยอดได้ตามเป้า ซึ่งคาดหวังว่าจะได้รับผลตอบแทนเช่นเดิม แต่เพราะขาดการสื่อสารเรื่องต่างๆจากบริษัทไปยังพนักงาน ทำให้พนักงานเข้าใจคนละแบบ

สังคมในระดับ staff ในทีมเดียวกันค่อนข้างเป็นกลุ่มก้อน ในขณะที่สังคมต่างแผนก ไม่มีการช่วยเหลือกัน
