จริงๆบริษัทค่อนข้างยืดหยุ่นสูง เปิดโอกาสให้พนักงานได้แสดงศักยภาพ แต่ด้วยตัวสินค้าอยู่ในกลุ่มที่มีการแข่งและนวัติกรรมเปลี่ยนแปลงตลอดเวลา และคู่แข่งแข่งขันกันอย่างรุนแรง พนักงานจึงต้องเรียนรู้บนข้อมูลมหาศาล และต้องอัพเดทข้อมูลตลอดเวลา
