จำนวนชั่วโมงที่ต้องอยู่ในที่ทำงานมาก เข้าออกงานแบบตอกบัตร สาย1นาทีคือสาย พักเที่ยง 1 ชม เท่านั้น ถึงแม้พักเที่ยงจะไม่มีการจับเวลา แต่เป็นวัฒนธรรมองค์กรที่จะไม่มีใครพักเกินเวลา เมื่อถึงเวลาเลิกงานสามารถกลับบ้านได้เลยไม่ต้องรออะไร ถ้ามีงานต่อเนื่องก็ขอOTได้
