รู้สึกมี Work life Balance ทำให้ได้มีเวลาไปทำอย่างอื่นที่ชอบ เช่น มีเวลาออกกำลังกาย ดูหนัง เรียนภาษาเพิ่มเติม ไม่บังคับอยู่ OT หรือมีวัฒนธรรมบางอย่างที่เป็นญี่ปุ่นมากๆ สามารถผสมผสานเข้ากับคนไทยได้อย่างดี อาจจะรู้สึกไม่หวือหวา แต่สามารถอยู่ได้เรื่อยๆ สามารถพูดหรือร้องขอหากเกิดข้อพิพาทกับบางงานและบางคน
