จัดการทรัพยากรบุคคลได้ไม่เหมาะสม ไม่สามารถดูแลพนักงานได้ ทำให้พนักงานอยู่ไม่นานก็ลาออก และบริษัทก็รับสมัครพนักงานใหม่มาเรื่อยๆ

มีการบริหารจัดการที่ไม่ค่อยดีนัก ไม่สามารถดึงศักยภาพ ของแต่ละบุคคลได้+ ไม่สร้างแรงจูงใจให้พนักงาน อยากทำงานเต็มประสิทธิภาพ
