การทำงานภายใต้ระบบ จะมีการลงรายละเอียดเชิงลึก ซึ่งมากกว่าการมองว่าบริษัทนี้ให้เงินดี สวัสดิการดี งานมั่นคง งานมีความท้าทาย หากสามารถรับมือ และคาดว่าตัวเองมีความเข้าใจและสามารถเอาตัวเองอยู่รอดในระบบได้ บริษัทนี้ก็จะเป็นตัวเลือกลำดับแรกๆให้ได้

ส่วนงานออฟฟิศเหมาะกับคนที่มีความทะเยอทะยาน มุ่งมั่นอยากที่จะแสดงผลงาน กระบวนการทำงานและศักยภาพ ถ้าเป็นผู้ที่เรียนจบใหม่แนะนำให้สอบถามสโคปงานที่จะได้รับก่อนแล้วทำการประเมินตนเองดู หากเคยทำงานในออฟฟิศมาบ้างแล้วจะเป็นพื้นฐานได้ค่อนข้างดี

สังคมปกติทั่วไป ที่มีทั้งคนทั่วไปที่สนใจเรื่องคนตัวเอง และเรื่องคนอื่น กับคนที่สนใจแต่เรื่องตัวเองอย่างเดียว อยู่ที่การวางตัวแต่ละบุคคล คล้ายๆกับสังคมในโรงเรียน มหาวิทยาลัย ละแวกบ้าน คิดว่าความหนักแน่นในตัวเองเป็นสิ่งสังคม เช่น อะไรที่ไม่ชอบ แต่จำเป็นต้องทำตาม ก็ต้องสามารถจัดการความรู้สึกตัวเองได้ระดับนึง หรือปัญหาช่องว่างระหว่างช่วงวัยที่บางครั้งอาจมีทางออก บางครั้งอาจไม่เห็นทางไปต่อ ทักษะการแก้ปัญหาและการจัดการด้านอารมณ์จะสำคัญมากๆ
