ถ้าเป็นพนักงานใหม่จะมีพี่เลี้ยงให้ ทำงานตรงเวลา เป้าหมายชัดเจน

เป็นการทำงานอย่างญี่ปุ่นเป็นระเบียบตรงเวลา เมื่อขอลาแล้วก็จะไม่ยุ่งกับพนักงาน มีการส่งเสริมการเรียนรู้ด้านต่างๆนอกเวลางานและกิจกรรมรวมกัน แต่ขาดความสร้างสรรค์ ต้องทำตามคำสั่งเท่านั้น

ขึ้นอยู่กับหัวหน้างานแต่ละคน แต่การทำงานสร้างสรรค์ยาก ห้ามคิดนอกกรอบ ทำตามระบบเท่านั้น

ผลตอบแทนค่อนข้างสูง แต่ชั่วโมงทำงานก็สูงตามเนื้องาน ไม่มีOT ในช่วงงานด่วน เพราะฐานเงินเดือนเกิน

เป็นระบบMenter ช่วยสอนประกบเป็นขั้นๆ แต่บางอย่างไม่ให้คิดเองเลย
